Fast, very knowledgeable, carries spare parts and honest. Nathan responded immediately to our call, came over within the hour to help fix a furnace that just wouldn't fire. Our house was sitting at 14 degrees! Nathan's focus was on repairing and prolonging the life of the existing furnace but as our was 19 yrs old and had numerous issues, he helped us with a new furnace installation within 30hrs of our call. (sourcing, scheduling, delivering, installing and removing the old furnace). The installation was neat, fixed some errant piping and to code (as he is insured).
