We paid cash for three plumbing pieces that turned out were not used or needed. Upon returning these items we were informed that all cash sales were final - no refunds - no returns - no exchanges - it's over - it's done. Had we paid by credit card we could have received a refund. Cash is no longer king. Beware of this policy - hopefully no other businesses duplicate this customer losing policy.

We needed energy audit for our house. I was impressed because this company had no affiliates to try to sell you anything at all. They just do the audit. There was no pressure at all as you would have experienced from salespeople.
