Alkon Electric was very prompt in answering my initial email request. A convenient appointment time was arranged for me. After discussing what work needed to be done, the job including materials and labour was done in less than an hour. I would be very pleased to have Alkon do additional electrical work for me.

I found this company via the web and contacted them via email to enquire about a blind repair (restringing). I was quoted a price for the repair and cleaning by the coordinator Cyndi, who followed my service request from start to finish. Though I was originally told the repair would take a week, both the cleaning and the repair were completed in less than 3 days as Cyndi put the service request through as a "rush" job as I was expecting visitors. I appreciated the personal attention I received, even though it was only one small blind that came in for repair and cleaning. Thank you very much.
