The pattern of flooring was kept in uniformed. The product was durable, easy to clean and looked like wood. The staff were very helpful. The cleanup was good and finished on time.

The person doing PDI was not from monarch and did not know products, and electrical elements that well. The builder missed items that weren't no the pdi form. The quality of inspection of work was not followed up.
