Kurt and his team transformed our backyard in summer 2019. We are late getting this review out, but we've been singing his praises for months! The Distinctive Designs team's attention to detail, focus on our job and hard work was truly second to none. They had a big job ahead of them including digging up a ton of concrete, demo, building a deck, laying stone (with gorgeous border detail), building a fence, built-in BBQ, lighting, and landscaping. They were always on time, there was fantastic communication throughout the project, consistent updates and transparency around challenges, collaboration on design (encouragement and patience when we made changes!), clean-up every day, and even consistent follow up after the project was done to ensure our satisfaction. Kurt and his team are respectful not only of our needs but also the community - talking to neighbours and remaining courteous all-round. We honestly couldn't be happier.
