Nick from Royal Roofing did a great work on estimating roof work and making good suggestions about quality of shingles, roof ventilation options and other details about roof work. His explanation helped me while negotiating with other contractors to see price/quality differential. I chose Royal Roofing not because they had the lowest price, but because they could explained what they will do and what options there are. Overall work was done quickly (in 1.5 days) and (from what I can tell) my roof looks great!

Got AC (American Standard 16SEER 2TON) unit installed in mid May. Excellent service! Craig came on time to make an estimate and gave few good suggestions. Since we were looking into option replacing furnace as well, he did evaluation of the furnace and advised not to do that at this time - always appreciate when specialist gives his honest/argumented opinion instead of pushing for more work. 2 installation guys also showed exactly on time, did installation and after 3 hours tested AC working and cleaned up the space. Craig called me in the middle of the installation work to check if all goes ok and if I have any concerns or questions. Before installation I got two other quotes - one from a big company was too high and they were pushing to change furnace with AC also pushing to get into "rent" contract. Another company had a cheap price, but were offering Payne products which I did not trusted after reviews I read online. Overall I am very satisfied with work that this company provided.

In 2014/2015 I did an extensive house renovation and used Roadrunner Bins service 6 or more times (lost the count!). Would rate the service as "the best!". Bin delivery or removal was always on time - the same day, if requested. Neil is very good on recommending a bin that was best match for my needs. Can not say more... just an excellent service!
