I waited months for Ayrat for a second project, and he certainly did not disappoint. Ayrat and crew worked tirelessly for 2 days amidst a 45 degree heat wave to resod the front yard, and plant 50 small trees and perennials in the garden flower bed. I fully appreciate his professionalism and landscaping expertise. They started on time and cleaned up thoroughly at the conclusion of the job. That's all a homeowner can ask for. Affordable and reliable: These 2 words best sum up my wonderful experience with Hamid and A&R Renovation. From the planning/design stage through to the actual renovation, Hamid was super courteous and always available (by phone) to answer all my questions and appropriately address my concerns. One of the best attributes about this whole process is that Hamid gives very accurate cost estimates (with proper breakdown) so you know exactly what you are paying for. There was no surprises, whatsoever. As homeowners, we love our new bathroom (the "after" look) but it was not a surprise because we picked a solid contractor with great customer service. Will not hesitate to re-hire Hamid for future projects or recommend A&R Renovation to a friend.

Daniel and his team worked over a span of 2 weeks to deliver a stamped concrete patio in the backyard of 500 sq ft (including concrete cutting, sealing). I chose a beige color for the main concrete portion and a chocolate color for the borders and, needless to say, it turned out great! Although this job was completed in Aug 2014, I'm here giving their well-deserved review because they delivered quality as promised - simple as that.
