After a long search for a contract we decided on Terry. He updated us frequently, kept the place clean while all the work was going on and because we had no other bathroom he removed the old toilet and put in a new one quickly. I would recommend using Terry for any renovation needs. Keep up the great work Terry!

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough with the condo inspection. Gave me an insight to what I was about to buy. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. Thanks Steve!
