Right from the start Alex and Jason were courteous and professional. The took the time to explain every part of the process and even took before and after videos of our ducts, which was a nice touch, and clearly illustrated that we were getting our money's worth. Boy did they need cleaning. When they finished cleaning the ducts, furnace and AC coil they took the time to provide advice on improving air quality and gave some money saving tips. Alex even re-levelled our air conditioning unit before they left. Would heartily recommend Dust Cleaners to anyone.
