An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have just undergone a condo kitchen renovation and am very pleased with the work of both Paula Moxon and Ken Roots. As a kitchen designer Paula was excellent; I had some general ideas of what I wanted and Paula took those ideas, expanded on them and came up with a great design plan. She was very resourceful, suggesting a variety of products, floor plans and was very accommodating in respecting my budget. She was always professional, easy to communicate with and I felt she always had my best interests in mind. I felt that she found a good balance of sharing her perspective while honoring my needs and choices. Renovations can be very stressful and Paula’s calm, reassuring demeanour was most helpful. I would not hesitate to use Paula in the future and would highly recommend her to others. Ken Roots was my general contractor, who came highly recommended by Paula and he was terrific.
