Air conditioning needed repair. Unit taken to shop for rewiring. Quick response and quick return (within a week). Service people really know what they are doing. Office staff are responsive and professional. Heat pump arrived just in time for HOT temperatures and high humidity. They saved us much discomfort!

Thermocool technician removed a very old humidification unit (installed by a former owner). The 2 holes left in the duct were patched and our cooling system’s performance instantly skyrocketed. Cold air no longer impeded by this diversion, reached further distances. The service technician also split our pump temperature functions between 2 separate thermostats. We will now be spared disturbed sleep during shoulder seasons as our building’s dual systems adjust. It is an unusual request but they did it for us because we asked.
