For the most part, our first year was fine. They did a decent job with aeration, grub & weed control. The service specialist were always courteous and friendly. Our lawn was looking better by the end of the year.We were planning to renew again this year. We called them to ask for someone to come out to discuss a new lawn care plan. That's when the headaches started. We were told that they have a "Continuous Service" plan that will automatically renew if we do nothing. I asked them not do do this, until we had a chance to talk to someone. Nobody called. They had a booth at the Ajax home show, where I talked to a nice guy named Mike. He said he would call, and he did. We discussed what I needed, and he said he would put a quote together. He never called back. Then a week or so later we get a call wanting to ensure everything was fine. I told them we were waiting for a quote from Mike, and was told that he was working on it, and would get it to us right away. Again, we heard nothing back. I was getting concerned that they would start servicing and billing before we even had a chance to agree on a quote, so I called their customer service to ensure that last years contact was formally cancelled. The girl that I spoke to was polite enough, but I really had to push to get this cancelled. I don't need this stress thank you very much.
