I used Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store to have a new natural gas fireplace insert put into my home. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic Classic Fireplace were easy to work with. The installers were clean and professional. The product was installed quickly and looks just great.

GH never met the delivery, the missed it by weeks. On 2 separate occasions they promised my furniture and never delivered (L i a r s). Even on the 3rd attempt they were hours late.
