An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We did a complete kitchen renovation and used the opportunity to rework a powder room to create enough space for a built in mini bar. EKKO cabinets provide all the cabinetry and many of the suggestions that turned our ideas into our dream kitchen. Suzanne demonstrated an exceptional ability to zero in on exactly what we wanted when we were struggling to deal with all the options available. She is open to explore new ideas, and very skilled at working through the details of a final design. We found her very patient recognizing that this is not the kind of job one does on a regular basis. Suzanne was always prompt to get back to us, and make time in her busy schedule to deal with our questions. In general, all the EKKO staff were courteous and very supportive of completing our project in a timely fashion.
