Carol helped us with the builder PDI/OWT before closing and also helped us complete the 30-day PDI and as a person experienced in building code and having worked with builders and with Tarion had the required experience and brought value in helping us through the process

and completed our Telephone connection - internal wiring (way cheaper than doing with Bell) and completed the Ethernet cabling installation. Apart from being Professional, Greg is most trustworthy and honest. Will be happy to recommend his services any time!!!
