We recently moved to this house, We were unsure if this service was needed, Therfore we booked an inspection first, Alex showed up, made a few openings,he also inspected the furnace and ac coil, we were told what we needed so there was no surprises on the day of air duct cleaning (unlike another unpleasant experience we had from another air duct company). They used drop sheets to protect the flooring in our new home, We are satisfied.
