Our basement was half finished with a bathroom and needed to be gutted and rebuilt. We hired Hapers Home Renovation and almost three years ago and to this day, I am happy and impressed everytime I go into the basement!! Mike and his team were professional, effcient and worked until the job was completed in spite of a number of unforeseen obstacles - not of their doing. Mike was consultative every step of the way. He always communicated clearly about what he was doing and what decisions needed to be made. He was knowledgeable about materials and processes, but did not impose his point of view. The project ended up costing more than we anticipated but only because we upgraded as we went, but in the end it was EXCELLENT value for the quality of the workmanship and materials. Mike was excellent at estimating time and cost. He finished pretty much on schedule and did extra work that was unanticipated as well. It is a beautiful basement and bathroom and has continued to look brand new despite being almost three years old. I would be happy to recommend Hapers Home Renovation to anyone who wants quality and professional work .

We had Ewen complete a built in office - convert from one of the bedrooms in our old house. He was professional - very prompt and kept to his agreed upon schedule as well as cost. We are very pleased with the office he created for us. He created a very beautiful desk top on both sides of the room designed to fit over a radiator - making use of the space well. Very clever design. Ewen has great visualization skills and was able to design and install with minimal intrusion. As well, Ewen is friendly, positive and hardworking. Thank you.

Company Response

Beth and her Husband presented me with a challenging request regarding the building of their office, due to some interesting angles and radiator placements. I LOVE a good challenge and pursuant to a productive meeting, a viable plan was in place. The installation went well, with the biggest challenge being a very narrow staircase! I thank Beth for allowing me to meet this challenge and the opportunity to provide her with an aesthetically-pleasing and functional office.
