Building Plans for Permits - Adding Basement Suite

Just from talking to him on the phone I could immediately tell he was very knowledgeable when it comes to building permits, etc. I was adding a second unit (in the basement) to my existing single family dwelling. We met at the house so he could take measurements – he answered all my questions and concerns and was full of good tips as we walked through the house. We met again a twice at the office to finalize the drawings. After submitting to the city, we received the permits in no time! Even after the fact, whenever I had questions for Rocco or Morteza, they were both easily reachable via text, e-mail and phone and answered all my questions.
