Graeme and Sandeep were great partners to work with. At the onset, Graeme was honest about costs and timing. No fluff to win the contract by overpromising. Subsequently they beat the initial time estimate and also came within budget, so as promised. The scheduling was tight and the trades were excellent. No drama, and the planning was smooth. They were very responsive. Offered suggestions along the way that were helpful. With any incremental changes, they got it done. A rare, enjoyable experience with a large exterior home renovation. Jeno and team installed a residential security camera system. Jeno was a professional from the estimate stage to the installation. He was very patient, answered all my questions, always available and walked through the best options for my home. At installation, he was very clear and thorough on what he will be doing to have a common understanding. Very happy with the service and installation.

Alex and team were excellent - from the friendly quote and education process, to the installation and review of how to work the system. Intervolt was contracted by my general contractor to do the electrical work on my house in 2016 - they were excellent and their staff were very professional. With any subsequent issues this year (small things like GFI), they were very prompt in responding, thorough in their work and addressing any issues. I'm very impressed by the workmanship and focus on quality service.

Sean was excellent! He went the extra mile on the fireplace to figure out how to unblock the line to allow the pilot to work. He could have given up and just recommended a much more expensive part replacement and he didn’t. He was also great about explaining the process and what I should know/do. Very honest, and High quality experience and I would definitely use them again.

Mors was precise, professional and personable. He replaced our existing OTR microwave with a new one, with some more difficult circumstances bc of a wooden wine rack above it. He also discovered the old installation left the vent flap jammed so he engineered a way to make sure the new installation resolved that problem and explored the path to ensure it was done well. I would recommend him and use him again... The reviews for Mors is consistent with his service. Subsequently, I needed to get my dishwasher replaced, so I called Mors again. He, as usual, was prompt in responding, made it at the time he promised and was very professional in his removal of the old dishwasher and reinstallation..

Excellent service from Wael and Csaba.. they worked diligently to get all the stains out of our microfibre couch.. its looks new after our kids caused a bit of a mess! Thanks guys! excellent job! we would definitely use the service again.

I contacted Red Robin for to drill/patch a few venting holes. I was on a tight timeline, and Mike was very prompt in getting me a quote, walking me through the process and doing the job. As he completed the job, he paid great attention to detail and we were very satisfied with the job. Thanks Mike. We will definitely use Mike/Red Robin in the future.
