We contacted Royal York Roofing after a heavy downpour in September 2016. They scheduled an appointment for the next day at 1PM and Vitally was very prompt. He reviewed in detail the shingles on the entire roof as well as the flat roof would need to be replaced. He estimated 10 days-2 weeks to start. As we had significant leaking he returned to the office and within 2 hours called to say he spoke with the "boss" and with the severe leaking could start tomorrow if that was convenient. The crew was very thorough and cleaned up every night. In 2 days the job was completed and when Vitally returned for payment the amount was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Royal York Roofing to anyone. Well done!!!
