Long overdue... My wife and I bought our home back in May 2015. Shortly after we bought, our insurance company advised us that they wouldn't cover us unless the roof was replaced as it was long overdue for a replacement (our home inspector caught that one for us!). I reached out to a number of companies who were either scary low...like REALLY SCARY LOW (I'm not a roofer, but know that it was going to cost a lot more than they were pricing me...I didn't go with them because I also like the work to be done with quality). Others were way WAY too high. If I needed my entire roof to be restructured, than maybe it would be okay, but the boards were still good. Bruce at RYR was great. Showed up to our appointments on time, was very educated and answered all of my questions. This price was to add rigid insulation to the flat part of the house, replace the flat roof material, front peak shingle, ice and water + all flashings. The work started and ended as expected and it looks great :) The only thing that slightly bugged me was that they left some material in my mutual driveway that I had to move one evening but all-in-all it was minor. I've called them back to do some flashing work and shingle replacement on an addition (that wasn't done back when the rest of the house was). They work hasn't started yet but so far Seanesta has been great in responding to my inquiries. I would highly recommend you give RYR a call.

GNI was referred to me from my parents who had them complete some work a few years back. I had Davis come out to understand what I was looking for and price the job for me. I had them closed-cell spray-foam my entire basement, main floor and second floor bathroom + put a layer in my attic and blow the required amount in on top. The company was, overall, a pleasure to work with. I identified a few areas that needed a bit more attention so they came back and resolved my concerns. The spraying was likely a bit more expensive than if it were to be insulated with the typical batt insulation, but I have no regrets! The house is fully sealed and comfortable. No drafts. No cold. Just comfort! If (when) my wife and I move, and need a company to come insulate, I'd call them first. For sure. CALL THEM!

I called Marco Plumbing twice, once to do some minor repairs on my main stack in advance of my inspection and the second time was to fix a leaky mixing valve on my hot water tank. They showed up on time and completed the work as intended for both jobs. The second instance for the mixing valve ended up showing signs of a minor leak after the first plumber did the work. I called them back when I noticed it, they scheduled a time for a different plumber to come resolve it and they did at no charge - they really warranty their work and it was really appreciated! (This goes back six months now and it's been great ever since) It goes a long way in my book when a company takes accountability and responsibility for a mistake and resolves it quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend Marco Plumbing to anyone!

I sent out a few quote requests; Patty and the team were very prompt. I will say they weren't the cheapest, but I strongly value contact and they were by far the best in communicating with me. I work during the day and needed to be called in advance of the delivery to be there to let the crew in for walkin service. They called as they said they would, were there exactly when they said they would be, dropped the boards where I needed them and locked up after they were done. It was well worth the extra dollars. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
