I called and described my problem (dishwasher not draining), and they arranged to come out the next day. I was given a 2 hour window for the repairman to show up. He was here on time and he worked very quickly. He was polite, and responsive and I was able to pay with a debit card. Very affordable and no surprises as they post their rates on their website. I will definitely call Action Appliance again for my service needs.
