I was quite surprised not finding any reviews on this company but they had a professional looking website stating their plumbers are licensed and insured. What really caught my eye on their advertisement was that they had fair, honest pricing and they would beat any quotes. After calling several plumbers from Home Stars with high ratings for an estimate, I decided to also call The Maple Roots based on their catchy advertisement in the local ad. I spoke with Zohar and we made an appointment for an estimate. He showed up on time (a few minutes early) and made it a point to take off his shoes. After showing Zohar what needed to be done I was quite surprised at the estimate being lower then the others by a few hundred $. He was easy to talk to and was very understanding on the small details i needed done which closed the deal (but mostly it was his fair and honest estimate). At the day of the scheduled work, he showed up a few minutes early and we went through the work order making sure we didn't miss anything. He started right away once we agreed on what needed to be done. Along the way i had a few minor requests which he had no problems in fulfilling. He spent the entire day on the job and he stuck with the quote we agreed on. He inspected his work for any flaws and it was done correct the first time around which made me very happy. This is one hidden gem folks and hopefully the demand won't let them increase their pricing.
