Guardian Seal (Joe) did not do a good job water proofing my basement. They were sloppy, left a giant mess, and failed to water proof my basement. I have no idea how they racked up so many good reviews. In response to Joe's response, here’s a picture of how Guardian Seal installed weeping tiles in the basement floor (picture taken when new company was re-doing Guardian Seals’s work). Firstly, weeping tiles are covered in mud with ZERO gravel. Secondly, the weeping tiles were installed on an angle pointed away from drain. These weeping tiles were useless - and, Guardian Seal destroyed new flooring to install them. Also, attached is the last message I sent Guardian Seal before hiring a new company to redo the job they did.

Company Response

We did a good job, and we did waterproof the basement, and we stand behind our work. We guaranty the area that we fixed and waterproofed. About the mud outside, we did explain to you before we started, that is it rained it would be messy. Sorry that you are not happy about this, but the nature of our work (digging in the mud and dirt) is not like working in an office. Thank you any way.

Called this company to fix a boiler issue - they were super fast to respond and correct the issue. The project cost me about $650 to replace a motor in the boiler. The, repair, however created a new issue with the boiler that's taking a bit of a while to get resolved which i'm not thrilled about.
