Jovian was very punctual, starting the job on time and completing on time. At the end of each day they made sure that everything was completely cleaned up and there was minimal disruption. We felt a strong connection with him on our first meeting, feeling that he understood what we were wanting done. Other contractors designed work that was not what we were wanting. Jovian made us feel comfortable from the first meeting that he understood our wishes and that we would be happy with the final outcome. Our neighbors have been impressed with his workmanship. My wife had wanted her kitchen renovated for years. Snow Valley Kitchens and Rod made her dream come true. As any husband knows, a happy wife makes for a happy home. Rod came to our home to discuss our renovations with us. He not only made helpful suggestions with the cabinets and their designs but also with lighting, plumbing, trims, moulding additions and replacements that added so much to the look and feel our home. Rod was always prompt to return our calls with any questions we had. All the work by all the different contractors was basically done on time and any slight delay was dealt with promptly by Rod. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship of all the contractors that Rod supplied to give us our beautiful kitchen, mudroom and laundry room. We have received many complements on the appearance and workmanship of our renovations. We were completely happy with all the products provided and recommended by Snow Valley Kitchens. It was great having Rod supply and deal with all the contractors. We did not have the problem of searching for good contractors or dealing with them. There were no hidden surprises in costs or materials. Rod was always so professional in his dealing with all matters and yet he also felt like a true friend. My wife has always been a fantastic cook who enjoyed being in the kitchen but now she is a cook who loves to be in her new kitchen. Our kitchen has always been the focal point of our home where we spend so much time with relatives and friends. Now it is a stunning focal point.
