I noticed that my washing machine was not agitating or spinning so did some research and found HomeStars, and Top Tech Appliance Service. Called the number and Mors answered right away, taking down my details and explained his rate (flat rate). Came by at mutually agreed upon time and quickly diagnosed the problem (broken belt). Mors needed to get the part and came back within the hour and completed the repair to my satisfaction. Made sure everything was in working order and put back into place. Would definitely call again for any future appliance repair need. Thanks Mors!
