I called First Aid to fix my 2 in 1 washer dryer in our rental condo unit. The technician came out to diagnose the problem and charged $80. He said he needed to order a part for the washer/dryer. I waited two months and when I didn't hear back from them I tried to contact them repeatedly by phone. After multiple messages being left, I was finally told that they could not get the part. I've left messages to find out what part we need and to find out why it took them over 2 months to find out that they couldn't get the part and still no response. I will try the manufacturer on my own because I do not trust the people I was dealing with at First Aid. There was still no response even after speaking to the receptionist to ask for a manager or owner. Do not use this company. They are not reliable and in fact don't care to respond to a customer inquiry or an eventual complaint. Better Business Bureau beware!
