Noticed missing shingles on my roof. Elvis came out as soon as possible, given the impending rain. Replaced the shingles and also inspected other parts of the roof and replaced some capping shingles as well. Also, provided some advice moving forward with a new roof.

Dryer was not working and called Sam over the Easter holiday. He came out earlier than expected and got the dryer going without any significant costly repairs. Was very honest and approachable.

After the weekend rain there was substantial leakage coming from the ceiling. Called a number of roof repair companies and Mr. Roof Repair was the only one to call me back on the same day. They sent out a repairman out the next day. He was personable and professional. Discovered small holes/cracks between the flashing and roof/brick work. The flashing was nailed down and recaulked expeditiously. Thank you.
