Edward courteously, most patiently and professionally answered all of my questions while offering insight to my unique setup. Edward along with Idris provided me with exact diagnosis and advice. Top quality is often an overused term to describe at best mediocre quality. How refreshing to happen upon Keen, who truly does manifest all the values of quality! His commitment to quality and concern for “doing it right” is manifested in both his approach to the job and the final results. My home posed many flooring and stairs challenges which Keen easily overcame. Letting a stranger into your house can be intimidating. Having met and discussed the project with Keen and watching him work erased all points of concern. His level of consciousness and respect for my home and contents were obvious from the start. My confidence in Keen gave me the comfort to let him work alone in my home. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. For anyone seeking custom stairs and/or hardwood flooring...I would highly recommend Keen (& his crew)!
