Take the item home, try it and if you don't like it, back it goes for a full refund. My husband and I used this division of the Napoleon line of gas fireplace company. While the actual installation took place in a timely manner, the time line to receive ordered items was extremely long (16 weeks). When the item in question arrived a blower the installer did not check that it was operational before installing it. After spending three hours working on the installation, the installer admited that this was the first blower he had ever received that had not worked. When questioned about doing a pretest on such items, he responded that it was something he never did because he had never known a blower to have failed before. We had to wait an additional two weeks for a new blower and then the company attempted to charge us for a second installation. The charge was eventually cancelled

We hired "The Floor Doctor" to install all the new tile and wood flooring (2800 sq. ft) in our home two years. This company presented an initial professional & caring appearance. The owners, Roc & Jennifer, seemed to be very concerned and interested in our project. Once the time came for the project to begin, the company let personal concerns interfer with the timing of the job. In fact, the job had to be put on hold while personnel issues were dealt with. As well, once the work was completed, it wasn't done to our satisfaction. Complaints resulted in the work being fixed unfortunately the repairs were not to our liking. We are sorry that we every used this company to install our flooring. We still have problems with the floor to this day two years later.
