I had a poor experience with this company. Right from the beginning the communication was terrible. After giving a deposit for the column wrap I was told I would be advised as to when the install would take place. There was no proactive communication and then when I called to follow up on when the install would happen I was told it would be that day. The person that was subcontracted for the job (no issue with that) arrived late, left to go pick up a missing piece and didn't come back that day because he said he forgot his debit card at home and didn't have enough gas in his truck to come back. It took 3 days to install 1 porch column and when there was an issue with the caulking it took multiple follow ups to finally get it resolved. I will say though, that the work was very clean. In the end I appreciate that it was completed to my satisfaction but the communication could have been a lot better.

This is the 4th time I've had the pleasure of working with Vlad and I can't express how happy I am with the quality of his work and professionalism. He did an amazing job in mounting 5 TV's and setting up my home theater. His recommendations on TV placement and wiring we're great!

We called Matthew when we noticed our washing machine was leaking and our dyer was taking forever to dry clothes. Matthew was very responsive and was able to fix the problem the same day at a resonable price. I would highly recoomend Matthew again.

I recently hired The Weedman and while their responsiveness to my questions and requests are great…I’m very disappointed in the both the effectiveness of their weed control product as well as the attitude of their technician. After the first application, I saw no improvement whatsoever in the amount of weeds so I called back to request another treatment. When the technician showed up the next day to reapply the treatment, my wife commented to him that it was great that he was able to come out so quickly…his response to her was “GOOD FOR YOU” in a very condescending tone. I expected a lot better from a company with such a well-known brand.

Robert came onsite to look at what I though was a serious mold issue that was going to cost me thousands of dollars. He did a thorough inspection, reviewed the air quality results I had and advised me that I didn't have a mold problem and I would be wasting my money to have someone remove the old shevling. I realy appreciate his honesty and he saved me from spending money on an uneccessary repair. Thanks Robert!

Just had Mike and his team mount my 52 inch TV and hook up my surround sound and they did a great job. Mike was very professional and explained the entire process to me. I have very little experience with A/V and he as very patient in answering all my newbie questions. I will be bringing him back to wire the basement in the very near future.
