In particular, if you are searching for a more modern-looking railing, their pieces are very sleek. Great customer service and products! If you need a new furnace, I highly recommend EVAM Canada. I received lots of quotes for a new furnace and hot water tank, and EVAM presented a suite of products to consider that other companies couldn't match. As well, their prices were far superior for high efficiency models over the competitors I called. I had an Evolution-level variable Bryant furnace installed along with a John Wood commercial grade hot water tank and am very pleased with the results. Aside from the great products and prices, I would say that EVAM's greatest strength is their responsiveness and willingness to work with you to meet your needs. I have worked with many companies on Homestars over the years, and EVAM was by far the most customer-oriented I have come across. Ed was extremely patient and friendly throughout the whole process, and was always willing to troubleshoot in detail if any issues arose. Great communication, great service, and great prices - if you are in need of a new furnace, definitely give Ed at EVAM a call when you are searching for quotes in the GTA.

I would highly recommend Royal York for your roofing needs - they have been a pleasure to work with since day one. We needed a new shingle roof, in addition to new eavestroughs and gutter guards. We received 5 estimates and Royal York's quote was excellent. Additionally, their timing was great - work began not too long after the initial meeting, and RYR was able to fit the job in right after much of the snow had cleared in March, allowing us to beat all the April showers. Many other companies were not willing to begin this early, or had wanted to complete the job several weeks later. They documented everything clearly, from pricing to photographing the condition of the roof structure all the way through to completion. Additionally, a small crew returned in a timely manner to perfect a few items that needed touch-ups including some sealant on some eaves. Bruce and Pavel are trustworthy, fair and professional, and they worked hard to give us the best value along with high quality work. I would definitely recommend getting an estimate from Royal York Roofing if you're in need of a roof in the GTA. Great roofers.
