We wanted a high quality metal roofing product, and Interlock seemed the best fit for our ~2000 sq ft bungalow. The salesman was very good and convincing, recognizing our construction plans (an addition to the previous construction) and our need to weather proof after the summer construction and prior to the wet fall/winter season (2014). We were promised a "dry-in" in August after putting my deposit down in July, and in September install. The dry in happened sometime in late September, after significant rain which damages my sub-floor. After repeated contacts, the roofing material was delivered in late October/early and finally installed in late November/early December. This coincided with the first major show of the season... which resulted in a sub-par cleanup of tin, a sloppy seal on the roof vents, and, as I recently discovered, at least one location where they installed over their own nails, resulting in a puncture of the roofing material. At least one of my vents is leaking though. I spent over a week picking up the small razor-blade sharp pieces of leftover material found after the snow cleared, and not still find my eaves packed with stray roofing material (which when it rains makes it onto my driveway... those nails have the potential to puncture tires... not to mention I have 2 young kids who could easily be injured on the metal shards. I left a review and contact information on the Interlock site and have not heard anything from them. Very dissatisfied with the overall quality of the install... from schedule, quality of install (how do you not notice roofing over your own nails... which punctured through), to the sub-par cleanup. For the price, I was "guaranteed" a better product, install and cleanup.
