A huge thanks to Nick for solving a problem the original installer couldnt figure out in over 15 separate visits across multiple years! His professional manner, obvious expertise in respect of the broader system mechanics and ability to trouble shoot and problem solve resulted in a resolution we feared might never have been found given our prior experience with the company who should theoretically have understood the system better than anyone!
