We worked with Vertical Landscape Architects after a prolonged pandemic reno left our former garden an ungraded muddy mess. Jason helped to reimagine an outdoor space that met multiple priorities for low maintenance garden beds, open space for small children, entertaining and rear lane way access. His outdoor lighting design has completely transformed our backyard and makes for such a lovely view of the garden at night even when we are inside looking out. Moreover, he was one of the most reliable contractors we encountered during our renovation process (clear communications and explanation of costs, addressed problems and deficiencies, presented options/solutions for us to make the call before proceeding, showed up when they said they would). While we experienced some delays on account of supply chain issues, we received regular status updates and ultimately felt like we were working with a company that cared about both its workmanship and customer relationships. We would not hesitate to work with Vertical Landscape Architects again.
