Foundation, weeping tile install
Absolutely satisfied when Abarent took over our project from a less experienced contractor. The first contractor did everything wrong, including improper weeping tile installation. After several floods in result, Abarent dug a test hole, came up with a plan and executed perfectly. Learn from our mistake and hire this reputable contractor first.
We contracted Genesis to do foundation, weeping tile repair for a 4 unit condo. They totally botched the job and now we have floods everytime it rains. No response from the contractor via phone, email or txt. They claimed we had a 15 year warranty, however, they didn't even come look at the mess they created. They claimed they were BBB accredited however they did not respond to our complaint. They are now no longer accredited by the BBB. CAVEAT EMPTOR, do not hire this unscrupulous contractor. They didn't get a permit and left us high and not so dry. They were supposed to grade and re-seed the lawn when they finished and they obviously did not return to fulfill this either. I will know have to sue them for the horrific mistake made. I doubt they will respond and will simply fold the company and start anew.
