Dax first responded to my request to repoint my existing OTA TV antenna, a DB8. This antenna had been in place for about six years, but in the Fall of 2020 we started getting lower quality reception, which I attributed to the antenna having come out of alignment due to high winds. On his first visit the antenna was manipulated for some minor enhancements, but after a few days it was apparent that there was no meaningful improvement. Dax returned and offered to repoint my antenna again and also tried his two "go to" antennas to determine which offered the best reception. In the end one of his antennas was the right choice and I'm very happy with the results, and have upgraded my antenna to one that he offers (it also has a much smaller footprint on my roof). It took us a while to get there, but we're back to getting 39 channels. We have lost signal to one we used to get, but it appears that's a function of the origin of the signal, and not the antenna - such is life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dax to anyone who is looking to "cut the cord" and switch to an antenna for their broadcast television.

Hello we have not heard from you since we re-adjusted your antenna a few months ago. If you were unhappy with the service just call us or email us and we would be happy to look at it. We did not install your original antenna that blew the opposite direction in the wind. When we re-tune an antenna that has moved we use a compass to point it at the towers. Since the towers don't move this is an accurate way to tune an antenna. The antenna that I install usually has no problem with reception in Whitby. I have also never had one of my antennas blow out of alignments from the wind. Seems like the original installation company did not tighten things properly and now I am taking the blame for reception problems. Send me an email and we can see how we might fix this for you. We do have a minimum service call charge to climb on the roof in the winter. Thanks

On a Sunday evening one of my garage cables broke, and the other became binded up on itself. As a result I was unable to fully open or fully close my garage door. I called around for emergency service and after discussing with a few companies I realized that the costs that went along with emergency service were more than I was willing to pay. I made arrangements with a different company to come by the Monday afternoon. On Monday morning a representative from Enterprise followed up on my Sunday contact and offered to meet me at my house and do the work for $70. (You'll note I paid more - keep reading). I work about an hour's drive from home and had to make arrangements to meet the technician. I was going to be late, but we kept in contact via text message and he was very amenable to my situation and he agreed to delay his arrival to meet my needs. When he arrived he quickly replace the broken cable and worked for quite a while to correct the problem with the other cable. It became apparent after all of his efforts that the easiest thing to do was to intentionally break the second cable and replace it also. I was fine with this, and believed it made sense to work with two new cables of equal strength anyway. I did, in the end, pay $30 more than my original quote, but that was sight unseen, and more work was performed that I originally asked for, and I believe the technician spent more than a reasonable amount of time trying to correct the situation. Considering the flexibility, the earnest attempts to fix my problem within the original quote, and the pleasant attitude of the technician I was pleased to have him complete the work for a modest additional amount. Job well done, and if I run into problems again I would call Enterprise right off the bat.

Words can’t express how much I appreciate you taking the time out to write this review. It was more than I pleasure to work for you and your recognition on praising our company is very much appreciated. Many times we come across customers that believe it should be an easy fix, but realistically every situation, every broken part, every garage door is unique. Though broken cables are a common problem, your situation was different and working within our customers budget, time and what makes sense on a monetary level is a goal of my company and I take pride and pleasure in building true relationships with all our customers. Again I appreciate your in depth review and though I hope nothing breaks anytime soon I am glad to know you will rely on us in the future. Pleasure doing business.
