Peter is very professional and is quick to respond by email but slow to come by. However, when he does come by he takes his time to explain the work that he will do and if you have questions, he takes the time to explain the materials and installation process. His crew however, is a different story - you have to watch them like a hawk. Peter's rate may or may not be competitive depending on how busy is already or how many projects he has lined up. Definitely get multiple quotes. You have to stay home and make sure the crew does do the work properly. It helps if Peter is actually there. The crew was caught skimping on the work (not putting an under-layer next to the drain pipes) at another project but not ours. The work we paid for was for roofing, eaves trophe repair (it was leaking at various corners), shed roof and 3 vent towers for the roof.

As I always tell my customers, our pricing is neither the highest nor the lowest but we definitely follow the material manufacturer spec and Ontario building code requirement. We will waterproof wherever on the roof is needed to make sure there's no leaks on our jobs. As a 22 year experience roofer, I do all my roofs the same way as I would do on my own house.
