An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I asked Hoerner Heating & Plumbing to come by as I suspected there was a leak in the bathroom. The technician who came by inspected the problem thoroughly and checked multiple areas of the house to ensure there was no leak and also provided tips along the way for me to remember for future reference. He was professional, thorough and polite. I wouldn’t hesitant to use this company again if I have a problem in the future.
