Duane did professional job to clear out my clogged sink. Came prepared w a camera, roto’d it out, tested it, and was generous with his knowledge and help when it came to my faucet and garbarater issues. Good guy too!

Tim from Modern Purair came to my home today and did an amazing job. Super friendly and knowledgeable and did things he didn't have to like retape a duct where he noticed the old tape was getting old. He got a ton of crap out of my system and showed me afterwards everything that came out. The satisfaction and peace of mind that gives is priceless. If I could suggest one thing to really put Modern Purair over the top would be to include a light vacuuming of the home as the last step with a portable handheld Dyson. Removing vents and the blowing of compressed air causes some stuff to land on the floor. I asked Tim to vacuum a few areas and he gladly did... but I didn't want to ask too much of him to go over all the vent areas so I did that myself afterwards. This is a minor comment and overall really happy in the big picture.

I went with Westmount because they provided a quote that was competitive and the positive reviews on this website. I was looking for someone to do a good job installing my AC, but also someone that I can build a relationship with for all our future HVAC needs... I feel that I've found that with Lorenzo and Westmount Heating. Lorenzo did a great job installing the AC unit, demonstrating a very good understanding of how the system works and how to install the system properly. He was very professional and provided that extra touch of caring about the job. I've called Lorenzo a few times since to discuss some things and he is very responsive and continues to act with great care. Really happy with the AC unit performance, esp lately with the heatwave and really happy with going with Westmount.
