I was having issues with my 6 year old Samsung Range. Steve from Valley View Appliance Services came. He was fabulous. He tested all the components of my appliance and explained everything he was doing. He put a call into his parts supplier and after all was said and done, I decided to purchase a new Range. The price I paid was for his service call and I feel it was money well spent in this case. I would definitely use this service again. My whole experience with them, from booking online, to the service call was very efficient and friendly
