We have a 71 year old home. Most of the windows were the original to the house, and the painted cement brick and siding exterior was really showing its age. We wanted to address these issues for a long time, however, we felt quite overwhelmed by the extent of the project, until we found Dessano Stucco Systems Inc. We were pleasantly surprised that Dessano’s could deal with everything that needed to be done and manage the entire project for us. We met with the owner Marco who very quickly understood what we were looking for and made several recommendations to enhance the project to the best it could be. Marco walked us through every step of the job and made us feel extremely confident to proceed. Through the process Marco and his team were always on top of every aspect of the job, which had many moving parts. The level of attention to detail far surpassed our expectations, and Marco’s expertise guiding us in choosing the right materials for our job was invaluable. We ended up changing the roof, windows, doors, added trim, stone and stucco, basically remodeling the entire exterior of our home. The end result is far more than we ever imagined it could be and we are very grateful to Marco and his team for making our home absolutely beautiful.

We just changed the windows in our house and once again were in need of window coverings, and because we had such a wonderful experience with Allure last time, we decided to call them again. I did not bother to call anyone else as I knew that Allure would do an amazing job. Once again Ryan was extremely helpful through the entire process and could not have been nicer. We had 2 large trees VERY close to our house and when we bought the house the inspector did note that the trees had a very high risk of cracking the foundation and causing other issues to the house. We did not do anything right away but after being in the house for just over 3 years we did notice a lot of cracking to the house brick close to the trees and the walkway was completely lifted and cracking very badly. We called Cohen & Master and they came to inspect the trees and after investigating we decided to sent a request to the city requesting the permits to remove the 2 trees. The city approved the removal and granted the permits. Cohen & Master booked the removal with us and as it turned out it was on a day where the weather was quite fierce with constant snow and frigid temperatures. They did an amazing job fighting through the fierce weather conditions and got the two trees down without incident. We really appreciate their efforts and professionalism. Cohen & Master always do a great job caring for our trees (annual check-ups and maintenance), they always want what is best for the trees and we appreciate all that they do to keep our trees healthy and happy. We needed someone to do a few things around the house (hanging mirrors, replacing large light fixture, replace curtain rod, check plumbing in powder room etc.) We took to HomeStars and found Handy 4 You and feel VERY lucky. Glen responded in good time and although busy he was accommodating enough to fit us in quickly. Cost was reasonable and he is VERY professional and we are extremely pleased with the outcome of the job. Handy 4 You work quickly and efficiently and do a great job overall.

After moving into our first home almost 2 years ago we found that there were little jobs around the house that we just did not have time and sometimes the skill to attend to. We came across Handyman Connection last year and have had them come in a few times to do work for us. - Put up wall hangings and large mirror - Put up blinds - Replace BBQ gas shutoff - Replace outdoor garden faucet - Repair a section of our bathroom ceiling that had water damage All jobs were all done very well and we have had a great experience with the folks who came to do the jobs as well as the folks in the office. Overall we are very pleased with Handyman Connection and will be using them in the future as things come up.

We have 5 window wells and when we bought the house over a year ago the wells were filled with leaves and dirt, the windows were a mess and it also seemed that an animal of some sort had decided that our wells were the perfect place to turn into their personal toilets, most unpleasant. Anyway I went on a quest to find window well covers. I assumed I would just do it myself and there surely was something great on the market that I could use. Well after many hours of looking and reading very negative reviews on the only thing I found (those ugly plastic covers you find at the hardware stores) I began a search for a company who made and installed window well covers. THANKFULLY I found Window Well Covers !!! This is where my story changes into one of the most positive and rewarding home improvement stories ever. I called and spoke to George who was VERY pleasant, friendly, informative and just an all around gentleman. George came and met with me, looked at our window wells, gave me a LOT of information that I never even thought about in this process and immediately I felt confident in this company. But still I was just not sure what the end result would be. George measured and then went off to put together a quote for us. The quote came to us soon after his visit and we were very pleased and thought it a very reasonable amount for what we were getting. We proceeded with the work order and George gave us the timeline we should expect to have the job done, which was bang on. George contacted us close to the date and made final arrangements. They were here as scheduled on time and and got the job done without a hitch. I now have window well covers that are beautiful, functional, easy to clean and super strong. No more, dirt, leaves or animal poop to clean from window wells ! This company is 110% amazing !!! We could not be happier with this entire process from start to finish.

We were very excited to change our backyard into a space that we could use a lot with our family and friends for a long time without too much fuss or maintenance. We wanted a space to be able to kick a ball, run and roll around without worrying about getting full of dirt, mud and grass stains. Basically we wanted a yard that was functional and beautiful all in one. Turf was the best option BUT we of course wanted to make sure we choose a company that are experts in this field. Our yard is quite large and a bit of an odd shape and went from high to low at several different points, so we needed more than just someone who could install grass well. We were quite concerned with making sure that the grading would be done well to allow for proper water runoff and drainage and making sure water would not accumulate close to the house. We had several companies come in to assess the yard and give us feedback on all the above as well as cost. One of our meetings was with Jerome from Design Turf who was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable in all of the areas that were important to us. Jerome made us feel very comfortable and confident that Design Turf would be able to accomplish everything we were trying to do. With reviewing all the feedback and estimates from all companies we decided to go with Design Turf and we are SO VERY thankful that we did. Everyone on the team that worked on our project was extremely professional and worked very hard to make sure our yard was exactly what we wanted. There are a lot of details that go into making a yard of this size, shape and grade work well and the Design Turf team came through 110%. The entire team did a fantastic job and we are very thankful to them all. We now have a fantastic backyard that we love to spend a lot of time in. Design Turf made our backyard dreams come true. We just bought our first home and there were several windows that needed covering. A friend recommended Allure to me and I am so glad that she did. When Ryan came to the house he immediately knew what would best suite each space and he was so very patient and a great pleasure to work with. Ryan is so knowledgeable with design and product and that was very important to us, there is just so much to think about when deciding on what to use (blinds, shutters, curtains, then wood or not and what color, and the list goes on and on) Ryan had all the answers and knew exactly what to do. We cannot thank Ryan enough for all the time he spent with us helping us make our house a home, it means the world to us. We did a lot of shutters and a few roller shades and some blinds and they ALL look fantastic, better than fantastic actually, we are so so happy. We had just been through some renovations over the past few months and so one thing we were afraid of was the mess (dust) the window covering may leave when installed, well have no fear its like magic, there is NO dust, NO mess. Giorgio came in and was very pleasant and so quick and did not leave a thing to dust or wipe :) Thank you Allure for a great success story for our memory book of our first home.

We had some renovations done and Duct Cleaning was necessary. The team that came were very professional and they got the job done in good time and with no mess.

We worked with Yair and he truly is a professional and is so focused on making sure the customer gets what they like and need. Yair’s vision for design is very impressive and without his guidance we would not have ended up with the best outcome possible. It is unbelievable what a HUGE difference these custom closets/storage have made to our home. We have a very oddly shaped master closet that Yair was able to set up perfectly, more than we could have imagined. The workmanship and quality of the work done by Yair and his team is outstanding. We cannot thank Gleem enough for getting our home back to a livable state. The house was extremely dusty and dirty in every room, just a huge mess. The team was VERY professional and so very helpful to us by pointing out many areas where special attention was needed and also making us aware of many little tips along the way.
