After interviewing a few companies we have decided to upgrade our HVAC system with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. Charton was very professional, explaining to us different options and providing different quotes with different prices. He responded to all my emails and questions very quickly. Charton provided a very detailed statement of work with description of every task. What I appreciated the most: Charton was transparent, the quote he gave to me was fair and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. Luk and his colleague did a great job, accommodating all my requests. This was a big job: installation of Carrier furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and AO Smith water heater. They came on time, worked all day and explained everything to me when they left. Cleaned up thoroughly after installation and disposed the old units. We are really happy with the services provided by High Efficiency Cooling & Heating and with the new Carrier equipment and would definitely recommend them if you want a quality product and a quality company.

In June 2015, we hired “P&P Painting and Renovations” to renovate our old basement. The entire experience with them was excellent. From the beginning, Natanael (the company owner) was prompt in responding to our request. We were impressed with his knowledge, consultation and perfect design solution. The project was delivered on budget and schedule. The crew, leaded by Mario, was very professional, knowledgeable and we are very pleased with the final result of the renovation. We would like to thank Mario, Lucio and Antonio, a team of a very high quality people. They were an exceptional team and we have decided to extend their contract for a deck renovation. At the beginning at July I hired Viper to build a window well and install a backwater valve on the main drain outside of the house. Manny provided me with a quote promptly and always answered my phone calls and email messages. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His team, leaded by Carlos, did an excellent job delivering the project in three days only, taking care of building permit and City’s inspection. I highly recommend Manny and his crew.
