I'm changing my original review. The initial service was fine, but a leak occurred in the some area 7ish months later. It was really disheartening and frustrating because I was not getting a response to my emails and voicemails, yet there were active customers commenting on homestars during the same time period. It felt like my needs were being pushed aside or rescheduled or my email would get lost. On my part, I had to cancel the final appointment due to the flu, but I ended up getting the leak checked out by someone else because I got tired of the chasing.
