1) showed up 2+ hours late, no apology and kept letting us know he was 20 minutes away. 2) charged more then agreed to on phone 3) rude service, owner hung up + rude repair man 4) said it was hard to service DT toronto because of parking (think thats part of YOUR service call and we are by lakeshore, don't take it if there is an issue.) Would not work or recommend to anyone.
