From the timely quote and speedy and polite communications, to the quick and thorough job done by he and his team, and the pristine state in which they left my backyard, I could not be happier. I will definitely use this company again for future renovation needs.

I called and booked Astron Electric to fix a bedroom light that was flickering, and a non-functional outlet in our dining room. The technician who arrived was very difficult to communicate with, and had his mask slung under his chin. When I asked him to please place his mask on (I was wearing mine when he arrived), he muttered a rude word under his breath. When I asked him what he had said, he muttered something else, and then said "whatever", and stomped upstairs to my bedroom. He completed the bedroom light fix, but told me I should use better light bulbs. When I asked him what brand he recommended, he ignored me and went back downstairs. I asked him one or two other questions as he fixed the outlet downstairs, and he was very rude and unhelpful in his responses. I will never use this company again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone desiring polite and normal service levels.

Macey and Judith from Mona Cleaning have been doing a nice job on my biweekly cleans and I find the cleaning has been improving over time as well. The company also responds quickly to my email communications. With children and pets in the house, I like their use of environmentally friendly products.

Mona Cleaning was easy to book with and their quote for cleaning my small bungalow home was reasonable. They sent Gloria, who worked hard to clean every room in my home and leave it looking and smelling fresh. I will be using the company's services again and requesting Gloria, who was not only good at her job but was lovely to have in my home.
