These guys were unprofessional from the get go. I bought a group on for $29 and when I called them I was told that it would be weeks or months before they could get to our job but if I agreed to add an extra room for $29, they would come within the next week. I balked at doing this but I needed my son's bedroom carpet cleaned ASAP so I agreed. I was also told that they would do a fantastic job and scotch guard the carpet. They failed to do either of these things and charged me an extra $20 for being more than 20 miles from Burnaby. I will never use these guys again!!!

I bought a dealfind coupon that promised a furnace cleaning for $29. Of course that was to get into my home and then there was a per vent charge, a special furnace filter, etc. When all was said and done I paid an additional $50 dollars. The workers who came out did a fairly good job BUT for the most part my furnace system was fairly clean (new home 7 years old)

townline worked very quickly and professionally. they had great attention to detail, were very efficient. they cleaned, cleaned, cleaned and left the job site in great shape. they returned after a primer was applied and did touch ups.
