We updated all our closet doors in our house. Not only did Home Depot have a good selection, but their price was very competitive. They had a no pay for 12 months with no interest special (when you use their credit card) which was great since I was on maternity leave. They came out and measured all the door openings and did all the installations. We were very happy with their service.

Did a great job...came to the house to measure all windows and installed them 4 weeks later when they were done. They gave us temporary blinds to use in the interim. They had a home show special where they didn't charge the 15% sales tax, which saved us a lot of money. When we had a problem with one of the slats, they fixed it. They also have blinds and an associate who will come to your home to discuss all your needs with samples.
Will honour lowest prices, so I looked up specials on the web and in person on all the major appliances we wanted and they honoured the prices. We saved over $1000 off the list price. Although Sears does installations, the salesman suggested a local installer who was less expensive and very good. That helped us save money as well.
We bought a new home and needed a pre-delivery home inspection. I e-mailed several inspectors, and John e-mailed me back quickly with all the answers I had requested. He came out to our house, inspected everything and gave us a lot of great advice while he was inspecting. He marked everything down in a 400 page Home Reference book with 170 illustrations and great advice and explanations within it. It is a great place to keep all our home documents. When we experienced some problems a few months later, John not only called us back, but came out to the house to inspect the problem and advise us on what we should do (at no charge). Since the house is the biggest investment we have, he made us feel confident in our decision to buy.
