Alex was very helpful and put me at ease as soon as I met him. He helped me choose the right product for our job and took care of the stressful organizational details for us. They arrived to do the work exactly when he said they would, finished when he said they would, and left us with a beautifully done floor that makes me smile every time I look at it.
