As I had purchased a coupon on Wag Jag, he explained the extra costs over the 12 vents included in the coupon and advised of the time to complete the work. He arrived on time and explained to him that one of the rooms may not be accessible. He was able to get through it, we went through the process and explained what he was doing as went through the rooms. He was detailed, answered questions, and provided advice . I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond Duct Cleaning and would use them again in the future.
